Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the following terms are used:

1.1. Snappix.online: the company providing services through the Snappix.online platform;
1.2. Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Snappix.online;
1.3. Services: all services offered through the Snappix.online platform;
1.4. Agreement: the agreement between Snappix.online and the customer regarding the services;
1.5. Parties: Snappix.online and the customer jointly;
1.6. Website: the website of Snappix.online.

2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Snappix.online.
2.2. Deviations from these terms are only binding if agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2.3. The customer's general terms and conditions are expressly excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.1. Snappix.online provides a platform for delivering photography and related services.
3.2. The customer is responsible for the proper use of the services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.3. Snappix.online reserves the right to refuse or suspend services if the customer does not comply with these terms.

4.1. All prices on Snappix.online are in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Snappix.online has the right to change prices and will inform the customer in a timely manner.
4.3. Payment must be made within the term stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4. If payment is not made on time, the customer is in default by operation of law, and Snappix.online may charge collection costs.

5.1. Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days unless the service has already been fully performed within this period with the customer's consent.
5.2. Business customers cannot cancel the agreement unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. If a customer cancels a service, cancellation fees may apply.

6.1. Snappix.online is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of its services unless there is intent or gross negligence.
6.2. Snappix.online is not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or other indirect damage.
6.3. In all cases, the liability of Snappix.online is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

7.1. All intellectual property rights to the services and content offered remain the property of Snappix.online or its licensors.
7.2. The customer only obtains a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use for the duration of the agreement.

8.1. Snappix.online processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8.2. The customer agrees to the processing of their personal data as described in Snappix.online's privacy policy.

9.1. Snappix.online has the right to terminate the agreement if the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions.
9.2. The customer has the right to terminate the agreement, provided all outstanding payments have been settled.

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
10.2. Disputes between the parties will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Snappix.online is established.

11.1. Snappix.online reserves the right to amend these terms.
11.2. Amended terms take effect after publication on the Snappix.online website.
